TESTIMONIALS
I was like most people who were unfortunate enough to lose a natural tooth, I learned to live with it. I would pass up on my favourite crunchy foods
because I knew it would be difficult to chew.
When I went to see Dr. Rattray, I was a bit nervous about what was involved with a dental implant. After talking with Dr. Rattray and his Dental Assistant Sarah, I was more excited than nervous. They took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and accurately. The dental implant took less than an hour in the chair, it was a lot easier than getting the tooth out in the first place. The recovery time was minimal, just a couple of advil and I was fine, back at work the next day. The only thing I regret is not doing it sooner.
Now I can eat whatever I want with no pain, life's good. Thank you Dr. Rattray!

How many people can say they leave a dentist’s office feeling GOOD. Dr. Rattray your dedication to high quality dentistry is apparent from the moment a patient steps into your office. Appointments on time, a smooth transition into the chair where I’m greeted with a calm, friendly assistant, my chart up on the screen for me to see. Followed by your friendly, professional service. As I leave your office after a friendly chat with the front line I’m tempted to say “See you again soon!”

Love at first bite.
I have just had Dr. Rattray perform the installation of a tooth implant and let me start by saying that I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and pain-free it all was. All I had to do was lie on my back and stare at the ceiling while Dr. Rattray skillfully worked in my mouth and quizzed us all on popular music. Seriously, even though the procedure calls for the good doctor to install a titanium socket in your gums so he can later screw in a new tooth, the procedure was less stressful (read: painful) for me than a standard filling. It required four visits to complete the procedure and even after the second visit where the actual implant was inserted into my gums I didn't require any after-surgery pain killers. As Dr. Rattray says 'the gums are virtually nerve free'. And for those considering an implant but have nerves about it all, trust me, there is nothing to worry about...unless of course 80's music trivia is not your strength. In closing (pun intended) I left Dr. Rattray's office with my new tooth the day before Halloween and I was digging into my kids 'jawbreakers' that next night with no pain - but lots of gain. It truly was...love at first bite!

Fifty years ago I had a bridge made in Germany. It finally gave up and fell out. Dr. Rattray installed a new one with implants. The process took some time, but was much less painful than I had feared. Now I look forward to this new biting equipment lasting at least twice as long as the old installation!

I had my 2 front teeth recapped by Dr. Rattray. The former caps were 20 years and although they still were functional, I felt that they were unattractive. It was Dr. Rattray who suggested that maybe I should consider replacing them with 2 new caps. I appreciated his suggestion but more importantly I appreciated his sensitivity to the fact that this was a costly endeavour. He consulted with the dental technician and arranged for me to meet with the technician as I had several questions. Dr. Rattray made himself available for this meeting. It was at this meeting that I was struck by his "quest for perfection" and it was very evident that he wanted both aesthetic and functional perfection. I certainly am impressed with Dr. Rattray's professional abilities and expertise. He is a personable and friendly dentist who has the ability to put people at ease. He surrounds himself with quality staff who conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism. Dr. Rattray and his team (i.e. dental assistants, reception) are a group of highly competent, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable professionals.
